My First... Performance Art Piece

This one is for Santi.

This one is for me. I just wanted to add a little bit to the video, it was a fun project for me and I wanted to make it more appealing to people who aren't really into performance art.

  1. The composition and richness of color is exquisite with the backdrop of the waves. I love the sound you picked in the second video however there's something about the simplicity of the silence paired with the boldness of you as a statue dressed in wild garments that fits nicely. Amazing angles and camera quality- nice work!

  2. Whoever filmed this is really good. But, I really liked the idea behind your piece. The obscured face was a great idea and it's what makes you stand out more than the crazy clothes. It is very symbolic and says alot. The scenery on Bayshore in contrast to your figure was a beautiful juxtaposition. Only thing was that I wish I could see the reactions if you had stood in the walk way, forcing people to look at you, but the statue like sitting was great as well. Good Job :)

  3. The composition of the piece is amazing. The filmographer definitely added a lot to this piece. I love the way the your clothes contrast to the white wall of bayshore

  4. I really liked how out of place you were in this project. It was also interesting that a lot of people didn't even realize you were there or chose to ignore you. You did a really good job of staying still and keeping your steady pose for so long. Overall interesting and creative.

  5. I thought the costume was really awesome, and the presentation was simple, yet elegant. It reminded me of the work of Tom Geoghegan, and I think you did a great job with it.
